This exciting holiday program is designed to engage both members and non-members in a fun and educational day of coding, 3D printing, and Minecraft activities.
Members will have the opportunity to continue working on their weekly coding projects with guidance, while non-members will be introduced to coding through beginner-friendly projects like creating a game in Scratch, learning Python basics, coding in Minecraft^ or Roblox^.
The day begins with a warm welcome and icebreaker activities, followed by a focused coding session tailored to participants’ skill levels. After a short break, everyone will participate in a hands-on 3D printing workshop, designing and printing a small object to take home*.
The program will then transition to Minecraft, where participants will have the opportunity to collaborate in creative and survival modes.
This inclusive program fosters creativity, teamwork, and STEM skills in a structured yet enjoyable environment.

Note:
^ For students wanting to code in Minecraft or Roblox we require that students have some basic experience with block based coding (eg. Scratch or Blockly). They must also be familiar with Minecraft and/or Roblox game play. If your child has never played Minecraft or Roblox, we have plenty of other coding options for them on the day.
* Due to the long print times for some objects, your child's project will be ready for pickup generally up to 14 days from the date of the camp. You will be emailed when it is ready for collection from our centre.
