Note: Students are welcome to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions of our half-day camps. Please pack a nut-free lunch for your child. Our staff will supervise lunch and provide some fun, relaxed activities in between sessions to keep them energised and engaged throughout the day.

A great opportunity in this hand-on workshop for beginners and those with prior knowledge.

Beginners will learn learn the importance of 3D printing in the real world. They will learn the mechanics of how a 3D printer works and then work with TinkerCad modelling software to design a simple project that will be printed for them.

Students with 'Prior Knowledge' will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity in designing their own 3D Print in TinkerCad. These students will be encouraged to push the envelope of their knowledge to create something truly unique.

Once students have completed their own creation, they’ll have the option to hone their design skills through a series of self-paced modules, designed to expand their creativity and technical confidence for the rest of the session.

Students are able to take their projects home once printed*. Includes all equipment and filament.
This is an in-person activity, not online.

* Due to the long print times for some objects, your child's project will be ready for pickup generally within 14 days.
